Andreas G. has been working at HEDELIUS since 2002, initially as a service technician in the field for ten years, and since 2012 in the office as a technical contact person for customers. The trained energy electronics technician can now put all his experience as a technician to good use in telephone support. "Only colleagues who have many years of experience in field service work in technical support. This means that the majority of customer enquiries can be released over the telephone," says Andreas. What he particularly likes about his job is his role as a problem solver. "Working together to find a good solution and having a satisfied customer at the end of the conversation is what I enjoy most," he says.
