HEDELIUS customers can reach competent service technicians via a free service hotline. Every third service enquiry can be answered directly over the telephone.

In the event of a service call, HEDELIUS prioritises a fast and reliable solution. Our highly qualified service team is well prepared to minimise downtime and get your production back up and running as quickly as possible. With a comprehensive network of service technicians and state-of-the-art digital tools, we guarantee efficient problem solving on site or remotely.

1 | Service request

The customer submits a service request by telephone, e-mail, service app or online form.

2 | Service hotline

Acceptance of the service request by our service team and subsequent prioritisation:

1 = standstill
2 = limited production
3 = general questions

3 | Hotline technician

After the enquiry, the customer is called back within around 30 minutes (priority 1) to solve the problem by telephone or to plan the on-site deployment.

About 30 % of all service enquiries can already be released by telephone.

4 | Service technicians on site

If the problem cannot be released by telephone, a service technician will usually be on site at the customer's premises within 48 hours of the enquiry.
