Kevin G. has been working as a service technician at HEDELIUS since 2014. The trained electronics technician for industrial engineering has spent over six years acquiring in-depth knowledge of the commissioning, maintenance and repair of HEDELIUS machining centres. Like all service technicians at HEDELIUS, he underwent intensive training after joining the company, and he still regularly attends internal and external training courses. Customers are the main beneficiaries of this expertise - a challenge and motivation at the same time for the 26-year-old: "Expectations are high, of course," he says, "but the feedback from satisfied customers is what makes the work so appealing."
