By equipping the Promro RD50 robot automation system with a Gressel RC-2 gripper and 6-sided turning station, you can produce even complex workpieces unmanned.

No need for manual retooling.

The automatically adjustable Gressel RC-2 gripper allows several batches to be processed without manual retooling. Thanks to the programmable clamping force of up to 30 kN, even heavy workpieces can be clamped safely.

Workpiece automation with PROMOT.

Robot cells quickly and precisely load machine tools with raw parts and then remove the machined parts. Thanks to sophisticated user interfaces, programming skills are no longer required, meaning that retooling can also be carried out quickly and easily. This makes robot cells economical even for smaller batch sizes.
