Perfectly automatable.
An automated system is attached to the side of the FORTE. Lateral loading means that the work area remains fully available for set-up and control work, but also for single part production during the day shift, for example. Even crane loading of the machine is possible without restrictions. Another advantage (depending on the selected automation) is the visibility of the work area and thus optimised process control during set-up on the automation. At the same time, this solution requires little depth and can be easily integrated into an existing production line.
Extensive possibilities.
The choice of the right automation system depends on the number of pieces, batch size, running time, dimensions and weight of the workpieces to be produced.
