Henrik T. has been working as a service technician at HEDELIUS since 2012. As a trained industrial electronics technician, the 31-year-old specialist is technically "fully versed". Before he was allowed to carry out his first customer assignments, he received extensive training at the HEDELIUS factory. All service technicians have to undergo this training before their first service call. He and his field service colleagues also regularly take part in in-house and external training courses, e.g. with the manufacturers of the machine control systems: "We are always up to date and are constantly developing with the technology," he emphasises. This pays off: "For our customers, we are experts and helpers, and it is simply a great confirmation when you are trusted in this role," he reports.
