For the electrical connection to an automation system, preconfigured standard interfaces are available, e.g. for EROWA, INDUNORM, ROBOJOB, BMO or LANG. The concept of the EL series is designed so that the user can select the optimum solution for their automation tasks on the market and simply connect it to the machine. To optimise the installation of the automation, HEDELIUS provides the automation engineer with 3D data of the machine in order to check the accessibility of the automation in the work area for interfering contours.

Machining centres for automation.

HEDELIUS machining centres from the EL series enable manufacturer-independent automation of production. Loading takes place via a pneumatically activated loading opening on the side of the machine. This means that the work area remains fully accessible for manual single part production as well as set-up and control work.
