The purchasing activities of HEDELIUS Maschinenfabrik comprise a purchasing volume of over €30 million per year. Everything needed for the development and manufacture of CNC machining centres is procured. Quality and reliability are important to us. Every HEDELIUS business partner is also part of the customer promise. That is why we place particular value on partnership, fairness and transparency. To ensure that our quality standards are met, all incoming deliveries are checked in the incoming goods department to ensure that they meet the specifications/parameters required by us.

We want to shape the success of our products together with our suppliers - the best prerequisite for this is a long-term partnership.

Suppliers of the product groups.

Sophisticated welded assemblies

Various welded assemblies, from individual items to small series. Such as basic machine modules, protective housing doors and tanks. In accordance with the respective requirements, the assemblies must be delivered powder-coated or painted. Here, too, our standard is FreiLacke paints and powder coatings.
Sheet metal components

Laser and edged parts, various geometries in small and medium series, mainly made of steel and brushed stainless steel. As a supplier in this range, we expect you to be able to supply powder-coated steel parts. Our specifications here are powder coatings from FreiLacke.
Castings

Machine and hand-moulded parts made of grey and ductile cast iron, from single pieces to small series, unit weight up to approx. 2.5 tonnes. Depending on the use of the components, you as the supplier must be able to deliver the castings primed and painted. The paint must be closed with paints from FreiLacke.
Electronic parts

A wide variety of parts in small and medium series, such as servo amplifiers and motors, frequency converters, pre-assembled cables, plug connections, etc.

Other product groups.

Machine components

Complete machine components in small and medium series, such as drag belt conveyors, cooling units and hydraulic units, manufactured according to our technical requirements and specifications.

Standard and DIN parts

Standard parts such as screws, windows and nuts, as well as bearings.

Precise turned and milled parts

Single parts through to smaller series, mainly made of steel and aluminium. Such as clamping discs and pistons, or seal carriers, rotary feed-throughs and output shafts for part-turn actuators.

This Code of Conduct contains the principles that apply to all employees, managers and managing directors and that we also expect from our business partners. The managing director expects all employees to feel personally responsible for tumbler compliance with the Code and to support their colleagues in keeping it closed. The managing directors are responsible for enforcing these principles.
