As a family-run, internationally successful manufacturer of CNC machining centres, we bear a comprehensive responsibility - not only towards our customers and employees, but also towards the environment and future generations. 01 Company

In 2023 alone, HEDELIUS invested around € 670,000 in measures to reduce energy consumption and the use of fossil fuels. These included the purchase of e-charging stations and a solar power system (330 kW).

02 Machining centres

HEDELIUS machining centres are equipped with the ECO MODE energy-saving function as standard. This automatically or manually switches off all standby consumers that are not required when the machine is idle.

03 Tooling optimisation

To reduce the amount of energy used per good part, we offer various options for tooling optimisation: zero-point clamping technology, large tool magazines and work area partitions for main time-parallel tooling.

04 Automation

With the right automation solution, manufacturing processes become fundamentally more efficient, more productive and less error-prone. The result: lower resource consumption, reduced emissions and less stress on employees.

05 Service

High-quality components and first-class service form the basis for the very long service life of our machining centres. Service lives of 20 years and more are not uncommon with a HEDELIUS machining centre.

Product flyer: Chip press

(PDF | EN) The chipping process produces a not inconsiderable volume of chips. By using a chip press directly at the machining centre, you can produce profitable recyclable materials from waste materials that need to be disposed of. This is because the chip press separates the chips from the cooling lubricants and compresses them into clean, manageable briquettes.
