ACURA 50 WITH 80 tool slots.
Magazine extension of the standard tool magazine.
The trend towards more tools to reduce tooling times has already been taken into account with the introduction of the ACURA 50. The 5-axis high-performance machining centre already has a 55-tool magazine as standard. However, interested parties quickly asked for a magazine extension, especially with a view to automation. HEDELIUS has now taken this frequently expressed wish as an opportunity to offer an optional extension of the magazine to 80 tools. For this purpose, the chain of the standard magazine was simply and cost-effectively extended to 80 places. Compared to the standard 55-place magazine, the CNC machine only requires approx. 950 mm more space in depth.
