By using a work area partition in the machining centre, two closed, independent work areas can be created from one work area of the machine for economical chipping in oscillation mode. Specifically, all machining centres in the TILTENTA series from a travel path of 2,300 mm can be equipped with such a partition. This can be inserted or removed in a matter of minutes in order to switch from oscillating machining to long part machining.
